Dental Assisting Registration Form

In addition to the below registration form, all prospective students must submit:

A form of photo ID
You may scan and email a copy to info@morrisoneducationcenter.com or bring your ID in for MEC to make a copy.
Your official high school transcript, official GED certificate, or your transcripts from your highest degree (Associate, Undergraduate, etc) sent digitally through Parchment or mailed to: Morrison Education Center 7151 Richmond Road, Suite 306, Williamsburg, VA 23188

Please Note: If the school of your highest degree completed is not located in the US or a country where English is the primary language spoken, you will be required to take a standardized language placement test with Literacy for Life. Please contact us for more information.

$100 non-refundable application fee. This may be made in the below forms of payment:
– PayPal Account
– Using a credit card via PayPal
– Mailing a personal check* to:

Please Note: The $100 application fee is a processing fee to register you with our class, due at the time of application. Students are required to submit a down payment to be applied towards their tuition prior to the term start date. Though you have until the term start date to pay the down payment, please remember that our class sizes are small and fill quickly. Please reference the Down Payment section found HERE for more details.

*Please note that there is a $50 fee for a returned check.
